Choose from 2 or 3 bedroom homes with or without a basement.

You need never worry about the costly home repairs or upkeep associated with ownership; all of your maintenance requirements are taken care of by our qualified, efficient staff.

All of our houses are transitioning to SMOKE FREE. All new tenants will no longer be permitted to smoke in their units. If a tenant moved in prior to the transition, they are still allowed to smoke in their unit.

All of our houses come with a refrigerator and stove. Grass cutting services are extended to our retired tenants. Snow removal is the responsibility of the tenant.
